Worldwide Partners Welcomes New Independent Agency Partner We The People to the Network
Worldwide Partners is excited to welcome another new agency partner to the global network of independent agencies, We The People. We The People is a social, content and digital communications agency based in Melbourne, Australia.
We The People was established in 2019 by a group of digital publishers who recognized that modern brands needed a new kind of communications partner to help combat the challenges of today’s marketplace. “Today there’s more noise in the world than ever before. The average Australian will consume more than 600 different messages daily - and the noise is just getting louder,” said Jacob Arnott, managing director with We The People. “We believe that in this modern era of communications, brands truly need to become great storytellers to effectively communicate, inspire and impact today’s digital natives.”
AIA Australia is one brand that has recently received value from We The People’s social content expertise. To announce David Beckham as the company’s new global ambassador, We The People developed a social media activation that spoke directly to all Australians named Jess, Chris and Sarah--three of the most common names in the country--and challenged them to live healthier, longer, better lives with #onechange. Through their fast creative framework and nimble production structure, they were able to capture all the footage of Beckham in just 20 minutes and deliver assets for distribution in under 90 minutes.
We The People uses this rapid, agile approach across all social platforms, but especially TikTok, which has become Australia’s most popular and engaged social media platform. To help brands adapt how they think about social media and engage with their target markets on TikTok, they developed a TikTok capability and are now Australia’s leading experts on the platform. Chobani and Victoria University are just two of the brands that worked with We The People’s dedicated TikTok team.
We The People decided to join the Worldwide Partners’ global network of independent agencies to work alongside other like-minded indie agencies to drive great outcomes for clients, to share insights and collaboratively grow together. “We put a significant emphasis on forming true partnerships, so we are excited to join a network that works together because we want to, not because we have to,” said Jacob.
