Tech Firm Nearmap Digs Into the Details in Humorous B2B Campaign from The Monkeys

Nearmap has released ‘Truth is in the Detail’, a new brand platform that demonstrates how its high-resolution aerial imagery, city-scale 3D content, and artificial intelligence data sets can give organisations an edge, helping them to make more informed decisions – faster.  

Created by The Monkeys, part of Accenture Interactive, the Nearmap brand campaign highlights the firm’s intelligent aerial maps and geospatial data, which covers more than 90% of the Australian population, and how this can empower companies to discover the best visual data insights available in the country.

Businesses of all sizes use Nearmap technology to inform decision-making, including planning smart cities of the future, supporting the growth of greener spaces, and assisting recovery efforts after major natural disasters. Nearmap captures wide-scale urban areas up to six times a year in Australia, making current content instantly available to customers.

The integrated campaign is set to run in Australia across broadcast television, social media and digital. The campaign film, titled ‘The Savant’, is directed by Owen Trevor at Rabbit.

The Monkeys creative director, Thomas Marcusson, says: “Based and founded in Australia, Nearmap provides much more than aerial maps, and uses its very own patented camera systems, processing software and geospatial tools.
