nomeno is the selected works of Fermín Cimadevilla. My mother and father are from Asturias, I was born an Argentinean by chance and became Caribbean out of pure conviction. I was General Creative Director in Y&R Caracas, and afterwards I worked as a Junior Copywriter in *S,C,P,F... Barcelona. My directing career started in 2008. Since then, I have been lucky enough to work with agencies such as Publicis, Shackleton, Acne, Grey, Contrapunto BBDO, Carlitos y Patricia, McCann Erickson, JWT, *S,C,P,F...,Y&R and Anomaly among others. My work has been recognized with several awards at festivals like El Sol, D&AD, CdeC, Laus, John Caples, FIAP, Ojo de Iberoamérica and Cannes. The internationally acclaimed campaign The Town Where Nothing Ever Happens won 7 Lions and became the 2nd. Most Awarded International Campaign in the world according to The Big Won Report. Comedy, visual experimentation and non-fiction. These are the genres in which I feel more at ease. It is true that I have tried to mate with a turtle in several occasions.
