The role: Technical Manager

 

On a day to day basis, the role will involve overseeing and developing all technical and IT systems throughout the business

 

Maintain and technically manage all audio and VFX systems (Pro Tools, Autodesk flame) and IT infrastructure 

Research, plan & implement new technologies where appropriate to upgrade & improve our IT infrastructure & workflow

Coordinate with off-site support contractors to ensure our systems and studios run effectively

Work with senior management team to develop and manage technical CapEx budget

 

Applicants:

The successful candidate will be a professional and motivated individual displaying the following attributes:

5+ year’s experience in technical position

Experience with Audio, VFX and IT systems (Linux) is essential  

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable with liaising external suppliers

An ability to work on your own initiative

Time management skills with an ability to prioritise and multi-task

A good sense of humour

 

Salary will be based on the applicants experience.
