SCHEDULING: WORK CLOSELY WITH PRODUCTION TO PUT TOGETHER THE CORRECT CG TEAM WITH THE CONSIDERATION OF ARTISTS LEVELS.

SCHEDULING: BEING ABLE TO BALANCE THE CORRECT FULL-TIME AND FREELANCE CG TEAM.

SCHEDULING: WORKING CLOSELY WITH PRODUCTION TO GENERATE A REALISTIC SCHEDULE AND CALENDAR INCLUDING MILESTONES, POSTINGS AND DEADLINES FROM THE CG TEAM AND CLIENT APPROVALS. 

TECHNOLOGY: RECOMMENDING WORKFLOWS TO HIT CREATIVE FROM HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE PERSPECTIVE.

TECHNOLOGY: BEING ABLE TO PREDICT TECHNICAL RESOURCES NEEDED TO EXECUTE PRODUCTION. (RENDER NODES, RENDER TIMES, CLOUD RENDERING, WORKSTATIONS, LICENSES AND DATA GENERATION)

WORKFLOW: WORKING WITH 2D LEAD /PRODUCTION TO GENERATE VFX SHOT BREAKDOWNS FOR SHOOT DATA COLLECTION NEEDS (HDRI’S, LIGHTING REF, ANIMATION REF, MOTION CAPTURE DATA, COLOR CHARTS, GREY / CHROME BALLS, MEASUREMENTS, LIDAR, CAMERA INFORMATION, LENS GRIDS, ELEMENT SHOOTS) 

SHOOT SUPERVISION: WORKING CLOSELY WITH 2D LEAD AND PRODUCTION TO MAINTAIN GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH DIRECTORS, AGENCY, PRODUCTION AND CREATIVES TO MAKE SURE THAT THE JOB IS COVERED WITH ALL VFX NEEDS FROM A SHOOT STANDPOINT. 

SHOOT SUPERVISION: TO WORK CLOSELY WITH 2D LEAD AND PRODUCTION TO BE ABLE TO MAKE THE BEST DECISION AT THE TIME TO HIT ANY LAST-MINUTE CREATIVE CHANGES WHILST UNDERSTANDING LIMITATIONS FROM SIGNED OFF ORIGINAL BID AND BUDGET.

SHOOT SUPERVISION: TO WORK CLOSELY WITH 2D AND PRODUCTION MAINTAIN GREAT CLIENT / DIRECTOR RELATIONSHIP 

DURING PRODUCTION:

SCHEDULING: WORKING CLOSELY WITH PRODUCTION AND 2D LEAD TO DEVISE WORKFLOW DUE TO ANY CHANGE OCCURRED FROM SHOOT 

SCHEDULING: ARRANGE AND DRIVE CG TEAM MEETINGS.

SCHEDULING: ATTEND AND BE ACTIVE ON CLIENT CALLS.

TECHNOLOGY: SETTING UP JOB ENVIRONMENTS AND WORKFLOWS FOR THE CG TEAM.

DATA: PROCESSING AND ORGANIZATION OF RELEVANT SHOOT DATA AND REFERENCE MATERIAL FOR CG TEAM.

MANAGEMENT: GIVE CLEAR AND CONCISE COMMUNICATION / DIRECTION TO CG DEPARTMENT LEADS.  

MANAGEMENT: EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING AND APPLICATION OF TASK DELEGATION AND WORKLOAD

MANAGEMENT: EXCELLENT ABILITY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS ON AND OFF THE BOX, SCHEDULE, STAFFING NEEDS, TECHNICAL APPROACHES, HARDWARE ISSUES / NEEDS AND SHORTCUTS 

MANAGEMENT: MAKE SURE CG TEAM FOLLOWS CORRECT PIPELINE PROCEDURES

MANAGEMENT:  RESOLVE AND MANAGE ALL ELEMENTS OF CG VFX PIPELINE: MODELING, CAMERA TRACKING, GEOMETRY MATCH MOVING, TEXTURING, ANIMATION, LIGHTING, RENDERING, COMPOSITING, POST-PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY WITH DEPARTMENT LEADS.

MANAGEMENT: WORK CLOSELY WITH PRODUCTION TO SOLVE / MANAGE OUTSOURCED WORK, TO GIVE FEEDBACK AND MAKE SURE THE WORKLOAD IS BEING INGESTED INTO THE PIPELINE.

MANAGEMENT: GIVE ACCURATE RENDER AND DATA USAGE PREDICTIONS 

MANAGEMENT: GIVE CLEAR AND CONCISE WORK REVIEW FEEDBACK 

MANAGEMENT: MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROJECT TO ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF 

MANAGEMENT: EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT AND HITTING OF MILESTONE / DEADLINES
